Christian Brothers Automotive Recognized as

Leading Franchise Organization

HOUSTON, (March 11, 2008) Christian Brothers Automotive Corporation (CBAC), one of the nation’s leading full-service automotive repair franchise organizations, was recently recognized in the Franchise Business Review’s (FBR) 2008 Franchisee Satisfaction listing announced Mark Carr, President and CEO of CBAC.

The Franchisee Satisfaction List recognizes the top 50 franchise companies with the highest levels of overall franchisee satisfaction, as well as Best in Category and Honorable Mention awards in 16 industry categories.

Christian Brothers Automotive was ranked number 34 from the more than 100 franchise companies from across the US that were recognized as having outstanding franchisee satisfaction.

Franchise Business Review is a national franchise market research firm that performs independent surveys of franchisee satisfaction. The organization examines the critical areas of a franchise system including, but not limited to, training & support, operations, franchisor/franchisee relations, and financial opportunity. The accumulated survey results deliver facts about the overall health of a franchise system directly from the franchise owners. These facts are used to develop the annual rankings for the franchise satisfaction awards.

“We are thrilled to be recognized for our ability to grow an exemplarily national automotive franchise. We have spent a great amount of time and energy ensuring that our business model is one that will bring about success for each individual franchise owner.” said Carr.

Christian Brothers Automotive has also been recognized by the Better Business Bureau as a “Winner of Distinction” for its Award of Excellence for 2005, 2006 and 2007. They also ranked 76th on the 2007 Houston Business Journal’s Fast 100 Award List.
